 Shipping-

 Many products are ready ship and in stock.  Items ship within 3-5 business days.   Custom orders please allow 5-7 business days to complete the order. Custom orders are subject to shipping times and customization request we will strive to stay in contact throughout the process.

 Shipping Costs:

Orders up to $10.00 ship for $2.99

Orders $10.01 to $49.99 ship for$5.99

Orders over $50.00 ship for FREE

The images used to produce our amazing products have been purchased (which gives us the right to use) or is an exclusive design of My Simple Creations LLC

The pictures provided in the description reflect the product you are purchasing.  Please note that all our products are meticulously handmade one piece at a time.  Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next.  Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind.

The brightness and vibrance of item may vary due to viewing from your phone or computer.  Please refer to item description.

Refunds:

We understand that sometimes you don't get exactly what you ordered.  We will gladly provide a refund for items purchased on this website (excluding digital, custom orders) within 14 days of delivery.  Please use the contact us form for all refund requests.
